I'm Lydia.

I started my photography journey in 2020, when I was given the opportunity to use a family members equipment. Since that day, I have strived to be better and better. I am always a fan of the action shots, the hair, the dirt, the muscle, the emotion, it tells a story far better than any words to me. I am a photographer that loves the color and vibrance, but appreciates the behind the scenes of candid's, the moment before the action too. While the photos are always at center focus, I am a horsewomen above all else. I care for you and your animals as much as my own, I cheer you on from the side lines and get just as frustrated when you don't get the run you wanted. This sport can be tough, lonely, frustrating, exciting, and mind blowing, and I promise when it feels like you're doing it all alone, I am watching and I am hoping for good runs right alongside you!

I gained this sense of comradery growing up in 4H & Little Britches Rodeo, in addition to caring for horses my whole life. If I am not behind the camera I am usually on my horse, She's Oh So Special, or Annie. If you couldn't tell, her name was my inspiration for the business, because in all aspects I hope to emulate her drive, grit, finesse and love. As she heads into retirement, you may see me on some young ones or primarily behind the lens for a bit. Going to jackpots and competing has always been a passion of mine, and photographing it has helped me as a rider and competitor.

As with any sport or business, it always takes a village. By my side at many shows, you may see my crew snapping pictures while I make my runs, helping with my horses, and even keeping me fed and hydrated while I work relentlessly in all conditions. Be sure to thank them anytime you see them.
